1. Scope and agreement
These terms govern the Just Safe website, applications, browser extensions and related security services (the “Service”). Use the Service only if you can enter a binding agreement, or with the authorization of a parent or guardian where required. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Security features and beta
Just Safe helps identify suspicious links, messages, websites and files. Features depend on your platform, permissions, settings and connectivity. Beta features may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Detection can produce false positives and miss threats; no result guarantees that content is safe. Keep backups, install updates and use independent judgment before sharing information or making payments.
3. Your account and permitted use
Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Submit only content you are authorized to process. Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, bypass security or licensing controls, or interfere with the Service. You retain ownership of your content and authorize processing only as needed to provide the checks you request and as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Permissions, third parties and payment
You control supported permissions and optional sharing settings. Third-party accounts and services remain subject to their own terms. Third-party names and logos do not imply endorsement. Any paid plan must disclose its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation conditions before purchase. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights are preserved.
5. Intellectual property and availability
Just Safe and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and website. You receive a limited, nonexclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to your plan. We may update or restrict features for security, maintenance or legal reasons, or suspend misuse. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
6. Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete protection. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory privacy or consumer rights. Israeli law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and court jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
We will publish updated terms with a revised date and give notice of material changes where required. Contact Just Safe at support@justsafe.app about these terms, account closure or a complaint.
